Bellad & Company commenced the business in 1964 with the distribution of Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Pump sets, Timex & Westar Wrist Watches, Tata Fone, Gulf, Pennzoil & Shell Lubricants etc, the firm also had Dealerships for Eicher Tractors, Swaraj Mazda, Daewoo Motors, Ashok Leyland etc.

Bellad Group the flagship company now has following sub business groups under its portfolio of companies.
